BAS Concepts is a full service custom home building company, concentrating in the urban areas of Houston, such as Bellaire, West University, Braes Heights, Ayrshire, Meyerland, Rice Military, Montrose, and more.
The majority of our business is comprised of custom single family homes for clients who either own property or are in need of a lot.

The primary focus of our business is building custom homes. On average in a given year, out of 10 single family homes we build, 8 will be custom homes and 2 would be for sale, or “spec” homes.
What really is a custom home? Simply put, a custom home is a home that has never been built before. It is a floor plan, elevation, and design that never has been and never will be exactly duplicated. A custom home emanates from a client’s needs, wants, and lifestyle. The resulting design is a direct reflection of the clients’ individuality. Our custom building process is tailor made to fit each individual client. We build a home around our clients, their lifestyles, their furniture, their art, their kids, dogs, and that special artifact they bought on their last vacation! |
